TERMS & Conditions
1. Contest runs from November 25 - December 1, 2023 in-store and via Cong Caphe’s social. The contest winner will be contacted via phone and email by December 17, 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted by December 23, 2023, a runner-up winner will be contacted. Each in-store purchase entry equals 5 entries. Each social entry equals 1 entry - see our IG page @congcaphe.ca for more information on how to enter. Unlimited entries for in-store purchase, max 1 entry through social submissions.
2. Cong Caphe Canada reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and terms and conditions without notice in case of a catastrophe, civil or military disturbance, anticipated breach of any applicable law and regulation, or any event outside of Cong Caphe Canada’s control.
3. Cong Caphe Canada reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or part of it, in case of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Cong Caphe Canada’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
4. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
5. The Grand prize lucky winner is worthy of receiving an Air Canada voucher of $2,000. Cong Caphe Canada is not responsible for the costs of accommodations, travel insurance and/or other expenses that may be incurred by the winner during their trip to Vietnam. The issuing costs of the tourist visa to Vietnam must be covered by the winner.
6. Winner must be 18+ and based in Canada.
